Wow! just check out my website!
It is shaping up to look quite professional and I can't believe that I did it all on my own
This space is for me to communicate and update all of my sponsors and fans about what I'm up to.My first official blog is a race report with a bit if a twist, it was my very first time watching a triathlon as a pure spectator. What a different experience, it has given me some much needed motivation to kick start my training, awaiting my new program from the team at multi-sport consultants, i have purchased a little training diary with room for notes and I'm ready to roll. I am no stranger to hard work and am really looking forward to someone working it all out for me and all i have to do is the session.
Up until now I have been my own trainer and coach, with a little bit of help. Working in a gym and being a qualified personal trainer has been a great advantage but every time I step into the gym i have to treat myself like a client and feel as through I am working, which has been a bit of a drag of late. The hardest part is motivating yourself to push as hard as you can, i believe it has made me a strong mentally and will be an advantage in the future.
Keep checking back for weekly updates, each month I hope to do a 'day in the life' blog, where you get a little insight about what I do day to day and how I fit in all my training, Uni, work and home lifet commitments.
